Uniting for Gender Equality in Sports Across Europe
We are proud to launch the GEIN Project – Female sport leaders promoting gender independent physical activity, a cross-national initiative supported by leading institutions from Finland, Kosovo, Belgium, and Albania. GEIN aims to promote gender equality in sports, empower female leaders, and establish a strong mentoring network.
The GEIN project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme.

- Promote gender awareness and inclusivity across sports societies
- Build capacity through workshops, personal development, and leadership training
- Launch a Europe-wide Network of Mentors for female sport leaders
