Paralympic Committee of Kosovo (KPK)

The Paralympic Committee of Kosovo (KPK) was established in 2011 and serves as the central organization dedicated to representing and supporting athletes with disabilities in Kosovo. Its mission is to encourage widespread participation and ensure the success of these athletes in international competitions, including the Paralympic Games. By providing necessary training, resources, and support, the KPK enables athletes to excel at the highest levels. Additionally, the committee is a staunch advocate for the rights and inclusion of people with disabilities, promoting both their presence in sports and broader societal acceptance. This commitment was further solidified when KPK achieved full membership in the International Paralympic Committee in 2022, paving the way for Kosovo’s debut at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.
